Constantinos Vourdakis

President & CEO


Born in 1959 in Montreal, Canada. Studied Social Sciences at McGill University. Has received various diplomas including, Marketing, Projection methods and Computer Science. From 1994 to 1997 he followed courses in Individual Psychology specializing in Adlerian personality theory. Proficient in English, French and Greek.

Early on, he participated in the family business activities in Canada. He relocated to Greece in 1981. His first management position was Sales Manager of ABC Systems & Software from 1983-86. Thereafter, he founded Computerbank S.A. (in 1986) where as President and CEO was actively presiding over business development and marketing activities. The company went on to become the leading network integrator in Greece, commanding an impressive 70% market share for the period 1999- 2004.

In 2006 he headed a consortium of investors which successfully completed the buyout of PC SYSTEMS from a consortium of Greek Banks. Since then he has, as President and CEO, directed it through substantial corporate change and has added value to a company known in the Greek market as a (infrastructure) System Integrator. He managed to reposition the company, as a major (local) technological player into the challenging and promising market areas in the Health and Governmental sectors. This was made possible through the development and deployment of key health software.
